Our Calendar as far as we know it…

October 15th-20th Wed-Mon…No Dance. Provo School District Fall break
Oct 24th -31st Friday-Thursday…Halloween dress up. Wear your costume over your dance wear and bring treats to share with class. (No costumes on Saturday or Wednesday)
Oct 31st Fri…Halloween – no dance for SuperStars. Make up is the next day, Saturday, Nov 1st 12-1:30 PM
Nov 12th Wed…Competition Teams Hair and Make-up Day. Supers 4-5 PM, Excel 5-6 PM, Company 7-8:30 PM
Nov 17th-22nd Mon-Sat…In class dress rehearsals. All classes wear costumes.
Nov 22nd Sat…Make up class for Friday SuperStar Jazz & Tumbling 12-1:30 PM. (To make up for Dec 5th missed classes, when we perform at Festival of Trees)
Nov 25th-29th Tues-Sat…Thanksgiving vacation. No classes
Dec 5th Fri…Tiny Tots, Sugar Babies, Mini and Stars performance lunch time show at Provo Eldred Center 500 N. 300 W. Arrive 11:45, perform 12:15-12:40.
Dec 5th Fri…All dancers except Tiny Tots, Sugar Babies & Hip Hop perform at the Festival of Trees. Arrive 3 PM for rehearsal run-throughs. Performance 4:10-4:40 North stage. Minis, & Stars are limited to 20 dancers each class, so must register on studio sign-up sheet. Mandatory attendance for Troupe, SuperStars, Excel & Company teams.
Dec 13th Sat…Provo Towne Mall performance for all dancers. Tuesday & Wednesday dancers perform 4-4:45. Thursday, Friday and Saturday Dancers perform 5-5:45. Arrive 30 min prior to performance. JC Penney court area.
Dec 14th -Jan 4th…Christmas vacation.
Jan 5th Monday…back to dance week
March…class picturesApril 13-18th Mon-Sat…Spring Break week.
April & May competitions for team dancers.
May 18th & 19th Monday & Tuesday…Rehearsal & final spring concert at the Provo Covey Arts Center.

Wow! What a full schedule we have for our dancers. Costumes are being ordered this week in order to get here in time for our first performances. Below is the schedule of costuming costs by class. Costumes need to be paid in full before distribution. We expect them to be arriving Oct/Nov.

Tiny Tots & Sugar Babies (Tues/Thurs 3-4 PM classes & Wednesday 2:30-3:30 class) $53
